Q: Cancellation & Refund Policy

Egypt Adventure Tour does not charge cancellation fees for tours or excursions canceled due to force majeure circumstances beyond anyone’s control, including: Natural disasters Earthquakes Volcanoes Government restrictions Any unforeseen emergency situations However, if the cancellation is made due to personal or business reasons, and Vera Egypt Tour has already incurred non-refundable costs on your behalf, these expenses cannot be refunded. Refund Policy Travelers can receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the tour or experience start time (local time zone).
